STANDARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
1. Applicability
1.1. These Terms and Conditions supersede any client standard terms, even if drawn up after these conditions. Any deviation or amendment is only valid if expressly agreed upon in writing by Seven Islands.
1.2. All sales and services provided by Seven Islands are subject exclusively to these Terms & Conditions and governed by Hong Kong law.
2. Payment Terms
2.1. Payment Deadline: Payments are due within thirty (30) calendar days from the invoice date unless otherwise specified on the invoice or order.
2.2. Late Payments: In the event of non-payment by the due date:
- Seven Islands reserves the right to charge a late payment fee of 5% of the outstanding amount.
- Services may be suspended without notice until the payment is received.
2.3. Outstanding Payments Beyond 60 Days: If a payment remains overdue for more than sixty (60) days, Seven Islands may engage a debt recovery agency, with all associated legal and recovery costs borne by the client.
3. Payment Methods
3.1. Payments can be made through the following methods:
- Cash
- Check (payable to Seven Islands Hong Kong Limited)
- Credit card
3.2. All prices are listed and payable in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).
4. Taxes and Withholding
4.1. Customers are responsible for complying with local tax laws, including any withholding taxes required by their country of residence.
4.2. All invoices must be paid in full, excluding any deductions for taxes or fees imposed by the client’s jurisdiction.
5. Delivery and Claims
5.1. Seven Islands commits to delivering goods and services within agreed timeframes; however, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. No obligations constitute a guarantee of results.
5.2. Customers must notify Seven Islands of any claims or discrepancies within eight (8) days of delivery. Claims must be submitted in writing via recorded delivery to our registered office to be valid.
6. Refunds and Returns
6.1. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued once an invoice has been confirmed by the client.
6.2. In the event of defective goods or errors in delivery, Seven Islands will address the issue per its discretion by offering repair, replacement, or store credit.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. Seven Islands is not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.
- Claims for damages made by third parties, including end consumers.
7.2. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the specific product or service in dispute.
8. Governing Law
8.1. All contracts and disputes will be governed exclusively by the laws of Hong Kong.
